Developed an economic model and logistics strategy used to determine feasibility of a 100,000 hectare Jatropha Plantation in the Dominican Republic in 2007.

Chief Executive Officer of a start up airline in Moscow, Russia, reporting to the Board of Directors, he helped to build a senior leadership team, mentoring Russian nationals and establishing low-cost-carrier best practices.

Principal Advisor of a startup regional airline in Hong Kong, China, he developed the business plan, secured new technology aircraft, secured route authorities and recruited the senior management team for operational certification and startup.

Advised a major private investment group on the acquisition and privatization of a $600mm revenue intercontinental airline in the Philippines.

Chief Executive of a $100 million revenue company, he initiated a restructuring that led to the ailing company's acquisition by a major venture capital investor.

Restructured a major US airline’s 200 aircraft fleet and overhauled the domestic market strategy laying the foundation for the $3 billion company’s acquisition by another carrier.

Chief Executive of a startup company from concept development to initial profitability and annual revenues of $100 million.

Responsible for global strategic and commercial planning of major international airline as well as corporate budgets and controls. Responsible for all sales, services and station operations between the U.S. and Japan, China, S.E. Asia and Australia with $700 million annual revenues in 15 countries.
